El Pescador, in Ambergris Caye, Belize, is located on the Bahia del Punta Arena, 2.6 miles north of San Pedro Town. Our white sand, coconut palm-studded beach is the perfect atmosphere for your relaxing vacation. Close enough to San Pedro to enjoy its charm, but far enough away to afford privacy, peace, and exclusivity.

Most of the activities on the island are centered on the sea and include flats and reef fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Our name, El Pescador, means "The Fisherman" and we specialize in light tackle salt water fishing.
Our guides are English speaking and experienced in guiding both fly and spin fishermen. The majority of the guides have been working with El Pescador for over 15 years. They have shallow draft, 23' skiffs for getting onto the bonefish flats and know how to position the boat to give the angler the best possible cast.
After a full day on the flats, our Fishing Host awaits both experienced and novice anglers to share tips on angling in Belizean waters, as well as provide complimentary instruction and casting classes.
We strongly support conservation efforts in Belize. We believe that we need to protect the resource we utilize. With rare exception, all fish at El Pescador are released.
